SCCVC Beauty Therapy Photo 2

The Beauty Salon at College
In the Beauty room we have 4 Beauty couches for facial treatments and 20 make-up chairs for students to practice.The students are studying Certificate II & III in Retail Make-Up and Skin Care.In this picture the students are demonstrating their skills in manicure. Students attend 5 x 80 min lessons per fortnight of Beauty Therapy. Students are aged between 16 and 18.

    This year I had 4 classes- two year 11 ( 15-17 year olds ) , 1 year 12 ( 16 - 18 year olds ) and one advanced year 12 class. The number of students in these classes were 16, 22, 18 and 13 respectively.

    Are "Certificate II & III" different stages of the educational level? In that case how many stages are there?
