We
like to invite clients to our salons so students experience a real salon
environment with time constraints ,work health and safety and communication
skills. This photo was our Pamper Day where we invited Mum’s of students to
attend the college and they received a Facial, Hair Treatment, Blow dry and
make up. It is a very successful day as the students have to communicate with
the Client the Make up Artist in a professional way at all times.
Definitely! The students who are not necessarily apprentices, are able to experience what it is like in the workplace. They demonstrate their skills which they have learnt in class.
This is a fun idea! I Think it is very good to invite relatives/friends to the school in this way since they probably are curious about the education.
